A SHORT STORY ABOUT Jose A. Carmona
      Jose A. Carmona is a Cuban-American college professor, administrator and an educational/training consultant. He has worked at colleges and universities in New Jersey and Florida for over 30 years. Currently, he holds a MFA in creative writing from the University of Tampa in Florida and both a MA and an EdM in teaching Spanish and bilingual education from Columbia University-Teachers College in New York.

     Mr. Carmona has conducted speaking engagements, training and literary readings for K-12 teachers, school principals, college faculty and staff, administrators and business personnel in teaching and learning, multicultural education, and languages for twenty years in the United States, Argentina, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain. and United Arab Emirates.

     As a consultant, Mr. Carmona has helped various colleges and universities to become re-accredited through SACS, NCATE, CEA and Middle States.

His publications include two professional books for English as a second language (ESL) faculty and administration, three textbooks to teach ESL, a textbook to teach Spanish and Adolescent Blues, his poetry book. He is currently working on seventeen manuscripts to be published soon. Lifeless: 300 Words or Less Macabre Short Stories will be published very soon from Tate Publishing.
